According to EU regulations, drivers from third countries driving vehicles involved in the transportation of cargo sector need a document proving their skills as professionals. This is known as the Code 95 certificate or licence.
The certification must be renewed every five years, by completing a 35-hour course. You can find these trainings using the CBR search engine for training (in Dutch). After completing the training and passing the test, the Code 95 indication is added to your driving license.

Renewal
A professional truck or bus driver's license must contain the code 95.
